Ultra safe with a built-in thermocouple system for automatic gas shut off in the unlikely event of flame failing. Premium quality with the base, inner sleeve, burner and dome cover made of stainless steel. Compatible with both butane and propane gas, finished with non-slip rubber feet, a swivel hose connection and a cool-grip Bakelite dome handle. This is the most convenient and portable yet most stylish gas cooker you’ll find on the market!

Can it be converted to work off a butane canister? Or swop between lpg and butane?

Dear Roelof, unfortunately it cannot be converted to use a butane canister. If you are looking for a compact solution, you can purchase a 500g cartridges and an EN417 regulator. This will allow you to use the Gas COBB with the 500g cartridges.
