Herby yoghurt sauce

    Serves 4

    Ingredients:

    1 cup Greek yoghurt
    1 T parsley, chopped
    1 T coriander, chopped
    1 T dill, chopped
    Zest of 1/2 lemon
    Squeeze of lemon juice
    Salt and black pepper

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients and mix together. Season with a good pinch of salt and black pepper.

    2. Serve as a deliciously light and herby sauce for meat, chicken or fish as well as over potatoes.
