- Items must be in a resalable condition, unless they are defective.

Refunds
- Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- In the event of a rejected refund, a detailed explanation will be provided.
Shipping Costs
- COBB Online will assume responsibility for return shipping costs in cases involving defective, damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
