“Asado” – usually consists of beef, pork, chicken, chorizo and sausage; all of which are cooked using an open fire or a grill. Check out this MOUTH-WATERING recipe from @elclub_delasado:
Ingredients:
- 500g Beef Short Rib
- 500g Pork Sausage of choice
- ½ a glass of White wine
- 1 x Onion
- 500g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 x large Potato
- 1 tin of Tomato Puree/Juice
- 1 cup of Peas
- Olive oil for frying
- Seasoning: Salt, pepper, oregano & nutmeg

- Light the COBB with a CobbleStone . When the CobbleStone is grey, preheat the Frying Dish and Dome Lid for 10 minutes.
- Add oil to Frying Dish
- Brown the sausage and beef one at a time and set aside.
- Sauté the onion until translucent before adding the wine.
- Return the meat, add seasoning, tomatoes and tomato juice and cook for one hour and 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add the peas 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your choice of starch.
