The Grill Grid is an essential part of the COBB. The COBB was designed to be used with the Grill Grid (or Griddle) in place while using the Roast Rack or Chicken Roasting Stand. An aluminum grill plate made with high quality food-grade Teflon. Spray or cover the surface with canola oil or Spray-and-Cook before cooking to ensure even easier cleaning!
