Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients for the burger patties to form a fragrant mince. Divide into appropriately sized burger patties.
- Prepare your COBB Grill and light a CobbleStone and wait a few minutes until it has turned grey. Or, if you don’t have a CobbleStone on hand, ready your briquettes.
- Place Griddle+ and Dome Lid on and allow 5 minutes for Griddle+ to heat up.
- Mix all basting sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Oil Griddle+ and place burger patties on.
- Combine basting sauce ingredients into bowl.
- Flip burgers and baste with sauce, cook until they are done to your liking.
- Place your Frying Dish on the COBB.
- Once your Dish is heated, pour in oil and add the sliced onion with a good pinch of salt. Fry for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent them from catching.
- When onions are softened, add sugar and balsamic – fry for a further 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sticky and caramelised.
- Build your burger with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
