Stuffed Ice-Cream Cones

Ingredients :

  • 4 Sugar cones
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips/blocks
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Tsp = Teaspoon
Tbsp = Tablespoon

Directions:

  1. Light up your COBB with ½ a CobbleStone
  2. Place the Fenced Roast Rack on your Aluminium Grill Grid, put the Dome Lid on and allow to heat up for 5 minutes
  3. Take your sugar cones and line the bottom part with a few mini marshmallows (this ensure the chocolate doesn’t melt out of the cone)
  4. Stuff your cone with layers of different ingredients
  5. Make sure your cone is stuffed to the brim, then add extra marshmallows on top
  6. Wrap them individually in foil and place them on the Roast Rack with the Dome Lid in place
  7. “Bake” them for about 15 minutes turning once (or until all your ingredients are melted)
  8. Unwrap them carefully and enjoy!
