Looking at the tight competition and all of their cooking skills – we decided to create a list on how you can be the Ultimate Braai Master using your COBB:
- Always be geared to fuel it up: Whatever your fuel of choice, make sure you are always stocked up with CobbleStones/ Briquettes and your Jet Flame Lighter. You have to be able to light your COBB without hesitation or delay.
- Be adventurous: Don’t be afraid to experiment with different recipes. The COBB can literally cook ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. Whether you smoke, bake, fry, boil, grill or roast – your cooking options are endless. Who knows, you might invent a brand new recipe?
- Proper planning prevents poor performance: Get to know every accessory available, how it works and what food is best prepared on which accessory. Knowing your product will save you time in preparing the perfect dish!
- Timing is everything: Remember when cooking a dish on the COBB it takes the same amount of time that it would in your electrical oven at home. However, every time you open the Dome Lid (if you’re cooking with your lid on) – you lose +-10 minutes of your cooking time so always take that into consideration when your meal is timed.
